Yes, it is possible! You can delete your account from the app or the web. Please follow the details given at Delete my RiaCab account
After each trip, riders and drivers can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars, based on their trip experience. Driver and rider ratings are >>> Displayed as an average. Neither riders nor drivers see individual ratings tied to a particular trip or person. Candid, constructive, and respectful feedback is beneficial for everyone.
When a trip ends, you will see a fare details with final amount that you need to pay as cash to your driver. A tip is not included in the fare and tipping is not required on RiaCab rides. However, you are welcome to do so in cash
When a trip ends, you can see your trip summary at your my booking area. On that screen, click on summary of your trip and that will take you to your trip details screen. Tap on email receipt to initiate and receive your trip invoice on given email. NOTE - If you aren't receiving receipts, check the spam or junk folders of this email address. You can review your email address by selecting "YOUR PROFILE" from your app menu. Tap your email address to update it.
Account sharing is prohibited, and serious or repeated reports indicating another person may have used your account may result in loss of access to the app. We have zero tolerance for confirmed complaints of this nature. A rider who has violated this policy is permanently removed from the platform. If there is an unconfirmed complaint, riders will receive a formal warning. Multiple complaints of account sharing can result in termination of a rider account. While riders should not share accounts, you can request a ride for another rider using RiaCab app.
RiaCab does not provide tax advice. We recommend that you seek guidance from a qualified tax site or service or contact an independent tax professional for additional answers to tax questions. If you’d like to learn more, the IRS website has information about both the 1099-K, and 1099-MISC.
RiaCab will provide two types of documents as mentioned below:
1 - An unofficial tax document produced by RiaCab and provided to every driver who uses the RiaCab app. Your tax summary includes a breakdown of annual earnings and business-related expenses that may be deductible.
2 - An official IRS tax document that includes all on-trip gross earnings. Not all drivers will receive a 1099-K. Only drivers who made more than $20,000 in customer payments and provided at least 200 rides will receive a 1099-K. See the IRS website for more information. Note: Certain states have implemented lower reporting thresholds. Therefore, you might receive a 1099-K for amounts that are below $20,000. In addition, drivers who have backup withholding during the year will receive a 1099-K regardless of any federal or States thresholds. Backup withholding tax will be reported in Box 4 on 1099-K form.
